Silicea: This should be tried first in 200 potency to be given
every week for six months or so.
Acid Flour: When Silicea fails, this remedy may be given in
30th potency thrice daily.
Tuberculinum: To be given as an inter-current remedy when
there is no or little improvement by the administration of the
above remedies.
